Shipping and Handing

In-stock Merchandise

If you choose Standard shipping your order will be typically processed and shipped within 3 business days. Orders placed with Express shipping before 12:00pm ET will be shipped the next business day.

Backorders

If the merchandise you have selected is currently not in stock, we will give you an expected shipping time by a follow-up email after you submit the order.

Pre-orders

If the merchandise you selected is a pre-order item, estimate shipping date will be listed at merchandise description.

Jewelry

Jewelry cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes. These items must be sent to a street address. Order processing time of our handmade jewelries will be longer than other merchandise.

Multiple Shipments

Some merchandise you order may be fulfilled from a different distribution center; your items may arrive separately. You will not incur additional shipping charges under these circumstances.

Carriers

Fangyan uses two different carriers that handles your shipment:

  • United Parcel Service (UPS)
  • United States Postal Service (USPS)
Note:

We cannot ship orders to P.O Boxes, all items must be sent to a street address.

Shipping Option and Times

Free shipping is only available to customers in the contiguous 48 states. Customers in Alaska(AK) and Hawaii(HI) will be charged for shipping.

Shipping Address Error

We will ship your order to the exact shipping information provided by you. If the order or merchandise is returned to us due to an address error, or insufficient address, your order will be canceled automatically. A refund will be returned to the original payment method you used and a one-time shipping vendor service charge $12 will be deducted from your refund.

Note: Service and handling charges are not refundable.
