We ship orders to different countries worldwide. Please contact us if you have questions regarding shipping locations before submitting an order.

Shipping Information

We will NOT offer international shipping and/or return for free. You will find pricing information at “Shipping Option & Times” as your reference. International order delivery timeframes may vary, we will NOT be responsible for shipment delay, or any unforeseen shipment accidents.

• Once your order has been processed and/or has shipped, the order cannot be canceled.
• International shipping fees are not refundable.
• Delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Exchange

We will NOT accept exchange for International orders.

Return

Please contact us and provide an order information:

1. Your 5-digit order number
2. Your first and last name
3. Name of return merchandise
4. You will receive a confirmation email including a warehouse address that will accept your return
5. Prepare your shipment and ship it back to us

• Please be assured that any information you provide will be handled in accordance with our customer privacy policy.

Customs Duty

We will NOT be responsible for additional customs fees. In some cases, you will be contacted by customs asking for extra tariff to be able to claim your order. If you do not take actions or refuse to discharge, your order may be abandoned by customs. We will NOT be able to refund and we will NOT be responsible for your lost.

Refund

We will process international orders within 20 business days once we receive your return. Your refund will be credited to original form of payment.

• Your bank’s processing time will be excluded, it may take up to 7 to 10 days to reflect on your account, different bank’s processing time may vary.
