Confirmation

You will receive an immediate order confirmation email after submitting an order at the email address you provide. Print or save for your records, you may use the order information for further assistance.

Make Changes

You can change your order before it ships out from our warehouse. However, we cannot make changes after your order has shipped. To make changes to your order, you must contact Customer Service at 888.626.7534 during our business hours, or send an email to customercare@fangyanstores.com

Cancel Order

We cannot cancel orders once it's been fulfilled and shipping process has been confirmed.

Order Delay

We always try our best to fulfill your order, and ship it out as soon as possible. Occasionally, your order will be delayed by unforeseen circumstances including holiday season, or a shipping vendor mistake. We cannot guarantee to avoid such situations completely.
